Cary town council approves $51 million in development

December 17, 2019  – More than three years after plans for a $51 million commercial and residential development in the heart of downtown Cary were filed, the town council has green-lighted the development.

The council agreeing to contribute $13.8 million in town funds to help pay for the project along with Cary developer Northwoods Associates, a partnership between George Jordan III and his nephew Jordan Gussenhoven.
